and General Information
UPDATED SHIPPING POLICY - For the protection of our customers, we are defaulting all shipments to the billing address on file with your credit card. If you need a shipment to be shipped to an alternate shipping, please follow these steps:

contact the bank that issues your credit and add the address you want your package shipped to as an "alternate shipping address"

contact us via phone during business hours or by email and we will verify the alternate shipping address through your bank.
If we are unable to verify your alternate shipping address with your bank in 5 business days, we will automatically ship your package to your billing address that is on file with your credit card. This is for the protection of our customers and to prevent potential credit card fraud.
We ship to all 50
states and military APO/FPO addresses. For all US shipping
addresses, each additional item is shipped (ground shipping only)
FREE!
Before we can ship, we
process your orders to verify availability of your product(s),
shipping selections and credit card information. We process
most orders within 2-3 business days and will contact you if
necessary.
All shipments of
orders received on weekends are processed the immediate Monday,
including priority shipments. All shipping time estimates are
in business days. Ground shipping is estimated to be 1-5
business days depending on your location. We are shipping out
of Southern California. Packages are sent out using UPS or
FedEx.
Please note that
larger orders can possibly take longer to prepare and ship due to
the time required to inspect and pack your order. All orders are
inspected and packed by hand.

How will you
contact me regarding my order?
Immediately after you
place an online order, we will send an automatically generated
acknowledgement.
You will receive
confirmation of preparation of shipment within 1-2 business days
which contains your tracking number, or be notified of any delay at
that time. Availability of items is subject to stock on hand
and/or availability of items from manufacturers. Credit card
transactions are subject to verification by issuing the bank.
How do I track
my order?
For United States
domestic orders, please check your email for your shipping carrier
and tracking number to find the location of your package.
Please allow up to 72 hours after you have received your email with
your tracking number for the shipment to be processed.
Shipping Areas
and Restrictions
CutesyGirl.com ships
to all 48 contiguous states using UPS/FedEx.. All UPS/FedEx
ground shipments come with a tracking number and are fully insured
up to purchase amount.
Customers with PO Box
addresses, that reside in AK, HI, GU, PR and other territories
outside of the continental United States, will also receive free
combined ground shipping. Please note that your package will
be shipped out using USPS Priority Mail. Your shipment will be
sent with a delivery confirmation only. To view the status of
your package, please visit
www.usps.com. Packages sent
out using USPS can take considerably longer than UPS/Fedex
shipments.
Undeliverable
Packages
Occasionally packages
are returned to us undeliverable. When a carrier returns an
undeliverable package to us, we will immediately contact you for an
updated reshipment address. If we do not receive any contact
within a week of the package being returned, we will issue a refund
less the shipping costs.
Incorrect
Address
We ship all packages
based on the address that you entered during checkout. Please
make sure that the address you enter in is correct.
If you are a private
mail box holder (you have a mail box that is not located in a US
Postal Office), do not use "Box" for your mail box
number, instead use # or PMB. This will insure that your
package will be shipped using UPS or FedEx and you will have the
safety of a tracking number and insurance.
Advice on
Receiving Your Package
Packages that contain
more than $300 of merchandise will always require a signature;
otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to
determine whether a signature is required. Please note that
required signatures for any package regardless of value costs
extra and is not a standard option. If you
must require a signature confirmation for your order, please contact
us to place your order.
Your delivery driver
may or may not leave your package at the door or around your house
if no one is home. If you do not want a
package to be left unattended, please leave a note at the door for
the driver to not leave it unattended. If you reside in an
apartment complex or have friendly neighbors, you can leave a note
instructing the driver to leave the package at a leasing office or
at a neighbors.
