How is Economy - International shipping different from Standard - International shipping?

Economy - International shipping is strictly done through United States Postal Service (USPS).  Orders are shipped via Priority Mail International.  If footwear is ordered, items are shipped without its original packaging and box to eliminate weight and to reduce the size of the container.  Our shipping department will try its best to pack each order to prevent damage from occurring during transport.  Please allow us up to 7 days to pull, inspect and to pack your order. 

How long does it take for an Economy - International package to be received?

Once an order has been shipped, you may or may not receive a tracking number.  If you receive a tracking number, it might possibly not show as detailed of tracking information similar to UPS packages.   USPS lists Priority Mail International shipments taking 6-10 days, but please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.  Customs and other cross-country issues can possibly delay your shipment.

What is Standard - International Shipping?

When selecting Standard - International Shipping, your package will be shipped, depending on country, via UPS or USPS Express Mail International (whenever possible)   All items are shipped in its original packaging (shoes will come with shoe boxes).  Packages are insured and you will receive a tracking number that allows you to follow the package to your location.  Please allow us approximately 4 days to pull, inspect and to pack your order.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive it in 3-5 days.  Customs and other cross-country issues can possibly delay your shipment.   The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes.

Which shipping option is best for me?

If you require the shoe boxes, need your package within a certain time frame and want the safety of being able to track your order, then Standard - International Shipping is for you.

If you are looking for a cost effective shipping method, then Economy - International Shipping is for you.  Please note, if you choose Economy - International shipping and your package is lost, CutesyGirl is not responsible for the loss.  By selecting Economy - International shipping, you are releasing CutesyGirl from any responsibility of the package.

CANADA

Standard - Canada takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery.  Express - Canada takes approximately 2-3 days for delivery.   Economy - Canada can take upwards of 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

OTHER COUNTRIES

International Taxes, Duties and Customs Fees:

We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and do not collect VAT, duties ando/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.  For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.  For Economy - International shipping, if the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift", but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form.  Customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package.

Wow, that's confusing, how does it work?

We know it's a bit complicated, but we wanted to try to reduce the shipping cost as much as possible to save you the most money.  Here is how you calculate it:

Your shipping rates are based on the highest shipping cost first and then each additional item is charged at a lower rate.  For example, if you reside in the United Kingdom and you ordered 2 boots, 1 pair of shoes, 1 apparel item and 1 accessory, your shipping cost would be:

Economy - International:  $53 ($35 (highest shipping cost for first item) + $7 (2nd pair of boots) + $5 (pair of shoes) + $3 (apparel) + $3 (accessory))

Standard - International:  $74  ($34 (highest shipping cost for first item) + $10 (2nd pair of boots) + $10 (pair of shoes) + $5 (apparel) + $5 (accessory))
