UPDATED SHIPPING POLICY - For the protection of our customers during the holiday season, we are defaulting all shipments to the billing address on file with your credit card. If you need a shipment to be shipped to an alternate shipping, please follow these steps:
1 - contact the bank that issues your credit card and add the address you want your package shipped to as an "alternate shipping address"
2 - contact us via phone during business hours or by email and we will verify the alternate shipping address through your bank.
If we are unable to verify your alternate shipping address with your bank in 5 business days, we will automatically ship your package to your billing address that is on file with your credit card. This is for the protection of our customers and to prevent potential credit card fraud.
One reason we can offer our customers the best deals possible is that we do not employ 24 hour telephone support staff.
